By installing, accessing, or using CodeCrew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service accesses your Slack workspace data only as necessary to provide the features you use, including:
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including all software, features, functionality, and content (excluding your submitted content), is owned by CodeCrew and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
For subscription services:
We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the CodeCrew app from your Slack workspace and discontinuing use.

The assistant mode uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODECREW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

The Service integrates with Slack, a third-party service. Your use of Slack is governed by Slack's terms of service. We are not responsible for Slack's availability, functionality, or any issues arising from the Slack platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeCrew regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, or network failures.
